Upgrades the website to .NET 8 and updates dependencies:

  • Uses the new source generator and DragonFruit.Data package, updating requests and clients
  • Removes serilog, replacing it with microsoft logging libraries
  • Updates MudBlazor, applying patches to fix issues with avatar scaling
  • Fixes an issue with wiki breadcrumbs not linking to the correct location
  • Updates workflow to use .NET 8
  • Remove Docker image and replace with embeddable nuget package
